Suggested Print Sizes:
(This is a guide for sizing, individual designs may need alternate sizing)
Standard Full Front: 11″ wide
Standard Full Back: 12″ wide
Left Chest: 4″ wide
Ladies Full Front: 9″ wide
Sleeve: 3.5″ wide
Longsleeve: 3.5″ wide X 16″ tall
Max Print Area:
(unless shirt constraints are smaller)
Full Front/Full Back: 13.5″ wide X 21″ tall
Sleeve: Max: 3.5″ wide X 18″ tall
Colors:
Each color in the design will need a screen for printing. On any shirt that is NOT white, an underbase is needed. When figuring out pricing an additional screen will need to be added in to include the underbase.
Artwork Requirements If Providing Your Own:
PSD, AI, PDF, High Res JPG or EPS File in at least 300 resolution set at the size you want printed.
Art Time:
Art charges are for designing, redrawing, proofing, color spot/separate art files, outputting films & any other work that is needed to setup your design for print. The art charges are based on the complexity & quality of you artwork & what needs done to set up the file for the specific job. All jobs will incur an art charge, due to outputting & color spotting.
